Grüne Woche 2026: Flower Hall as a joint project by Rüdiger Brandenburg and Flöter & Uszkureit

The International Grüne Woche in Berlin is one of Germany's most traditional trade fairs and one of the world's leading events for food, agriculture, and horticulture. Since its founding in 1926 - during the “Golden Twenties” - Grüne Woche has evolved into an international crowd-puller, attracting exhibitors and visitors from all over the world every year. 

Anniversary under the motto “Babylon Garden – The Golden Twenties in Full Bloom” 

This year, Grüne Woche celebrated its 100th anniversary. To mark this special occasion, the Flower Hall was decorated under the motto “Babylon Garden – The Golden Twenties in Full Bloom.” Historically inspired scenes, park-like landscapes, and colorful plant displays brought the theme to life , creating a spring –like atmosphere right in the middle of winter!

The Flower Hall at Grüne Woche 2026 was realised by our companies Rüdiger Brandenburg and Flöter & Uszkureit. This project is of particular significance to us: in preparation for the merger of the two companies, it is the first jointly operated project to be successfully implemented. 
Within just 3.5 weeks, colleagues from both teams worked hand in hand to transform a bare exhibition hall into an impressive themed world of plants, colors, and atmosphere. The project is a prime example of successful collaboration, combined expertise, and a shared commitment of high-quality gardening and landscaping.

The joint realisation of the Flower Hall at Grüne Woche 2026 highlights the potential of close cooperation between Rüdiger Brandenburg and Flöter & Uszkureit. It is not only a standout feature of the trade fair, but also a strong signal for the future direction of our companies.
