Our 2026 Site Manager Meeting in Münster

Last week, the time had come again: Around 50 site managers from across the entire Greenovis Group gathered for our annual Site Manager Meeting, this time in Münster. Two inspiring and unifying days provided plenty of opportunity for professional exchange, new ideas and meaningful collaboration.

The focus was on insights into current developments within our group, as well as a shared look at key future topics – including digital processes and the use of AI in the construction environment. A particular highlight was the expert presentation by Martin Thieme Hack on “Standard remuneration, additional or reduced costs, actual necessary costs – a classification”.

To conclude, our team from Könning presented the “Hüffer Campus” construction project, which was then visited together on site.

But the social aspect was not neglected either: During a shared dinner and an entertaining darts tournament, new connections were made and existing ones strengthened.

A big thank you to all participants for their openness, their valuable input, and their daily commitment to our projects. Formats like this thrive on exactly that! We are already looking forward to the next reunion and to further develop our collaboration together.
