Rüdiger Brandenburg and Flöter & Uszkureit Merge into One Company in Berlin

Our two Berlin subsidiaries, Rüdiger Brandenburg and Flöter & Uszkureit, will henceforth operate jointly under the name Greenovis Berlin Garten-, Landschafts- und Sportplatzbau GmbH.

The merger is part of the ongoing development across the entire group. The aim is to further strengthen collaboration between the companies, leverage synergies in a targeted way, and continuously expand shared structures. This creates an even stronger foundation for delivering projects efficiently, reliably, and to a high professional standard.

In Berlin, two long-established companies are coming together—both of which have shaped the landscaping industry in the region for many years. By bringing them together, existing expertise is consolidated, processes are further developed, and collaboration within the organization is strengthened sustainably.

The locations in Berlin-Lichtenrade, Seddiner See, and Berlin-Mahlsdorf will remain unchanged. Customers and partners will continue to benefit from the local presence and well-established regional structures.
