A climate-resilient residential neighborhood was developed at Kiwittsmoor in Hamburg by Klaus Hildebrandt AG Garten- und Landschaftsbau, featuring green infrastructure, sustainable energy supply, and a high quality of life. The project combines urban density with ecological responsibility and future-oriented planning.

The project

The Kiwittsmoor neighborhood was developed as sustainable housing with a focus on climate adaptation, biodiversity, and social diversity. Through rainwater management, green open spaces, and energy-efficient construction, an urban environment with ecological impact was created.
