We have created a high-quality green space for a Berlin-based bank, which enhances the appearance of the car park and improves the microclimate. By combining various elements of vegetation, we have created an outdoor space that is both functional and visually appealing. We have also taken on the ongoing maintenance of the intensive greening scheme we have created.
As part of the project, following the new-build work we carried out, we also took charge of creating the landscaping for the entire car park. This included laying topsoil, creating generous areas of perennials covered with gravel, and laying lawns. In addition, we planted 29 individual trees, including the preparation of planting pits and the installation of underground anchors.
To ensure the sustainable development of the vegetation, we subsequently took charge of maintaining the intensive landscaping for a period of three years.
