The outdoor areas of the well-known Treptowers in Berlin-Treptow were comprehensively redesigned between 2022 and 2025, covering an area of around 26,000 square metres. The result was modern open spaces situated directly on the banks of the Spree – creating a high-quality environment for one of the city’s most distinctive office locations.
The project was carried out in phases whilst the building remained in use, in close consultation with users, security services and facility management. It encompasses not only the nine courtyards of the building complex, with their walkways, planting areas, terraces and seating areas, but also the riverside area along the Spree, featuring cycle paths and footpaths, as well as the forecourt with access ramps at the Elsenbrücke.
